Perioperative Practitioner – Private Hospital

  • Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum (band 5 / 6 ) – negotiable depending on experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Perioperative Practitioner / Nurse to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Cardiff. The hospital is the largest modern private healthcare provider in Wales and this is an excellent opportunity for a Perioperative Practitioner / Nurse to join their friendly theatre team. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Perioperative Practitioner / Nurse to join them. This is a great opportunity for a Perioperative Practitioner / Nurse to expand upon their experience in a well supported environment.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be working as a Perioperative Practitioner / Nurse and will be responsible for the following;

  • Provide planned care for patients within the perioperative and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the Anaesthetic and Recovery team
  • Acting as Anaesthetic and Recovery Practitioner across a range of specialities

Who we’re looking for

  • Be NMC/ HCPC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 1 years theatre experience in the UK
  • Compassionate and emphatic
  • Ability to showcase excellent patient care
  • Strong communication skills
