Transactional Finance Assistant Job Vacancy
Venn Group
Day to day duties include:
Input orders on the ledger across the Trust
Cost, order and distribute stock, furniture and resources
Make bulk purchases orders when appropriate to maximise economy
Use the Accounting ledger financial module to process and record orders
Maintain a record of department printing costs and update Head of Departments termly
Keep the stock room secure, tidy and efficiently managed
Carry out any procedures that align to the year end and budget monitoring process of the Trust
To adhere to the Trusts finance manual, processes and systems
Essential Skills for the role:
Knowledge and experience of finance packages
Previous experience in an education setting is desirable
