Location: UK, London

Onsite Working Schedule: 3 days at the office, 2 days remote

Applicable Bonus : Company Plan (Yearly)

Salary: 19.23 – 23.12 p/h / 39K – 48K p/a

Project Overview

Shopping is a business-critical initiative for our Company. Test Shopping features pre-launch introduces a specific set of challenges that creates a temporary need for additional UX Ops recruitment coordination.

Overall Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling, logistics and communications with creators who are under contract to test Shopping features pre-launch.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with PM and GTM stakeholders to inform, secure, and schedule each creator participant for the relevant feature testing livestream session using established best practices and technologies.
  • Maintain communications with creator participants based on templates and best practices as advised by PM and GTM stakeholders.
  • Track status and progress for testing each feature.
  • Skill/Experience/Education

    Mandatory

  • Basic knowledge of user research methodologies in a digital technology environment
  • Detailed oriented and ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong skills and experience using multiple scheduling, video call and scaled email technology platforms.
  • Desired

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Psychology, User Experience or other related fields, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with user research recruitment and participant management
