Managing: 2 Senior Product Managers/Marketing Managers – 3 Product Managers, 1 Associate Product Manager and 1 Marketing Communications

  • Segment Leadership & Marketing Accountability for BioSurgical (Collagen and Synthetic Bone) Based Product Portfolios

    What will this role involve?

  • Key Responsibilities / Main Duties
    • Oversight Development and Execution of Upstream and Downstream Marketing Plans for BioSurgical product Segment
    • Team Development and Collaborative Leadership
    • Portfolio Management – 5 Year Strategic Roadmap
    • R&D, Regs and M&A Support & Collaboration
    • Support to MDR Project
    • Market & Competitive Analysis
    • Lead and inform Surgical Business input Unit New Product Development Process
    • US Regulatory and Launch Support to access US market
    • Up to 50% Global Travel

    What we’re looking for?

  • Qualifications/Strengths
    • Business or Marketing Degree
    • 10 Years Global Marketing Experience
    • Experience within BioSurgical Technology Segment – specifically in one of the following Ortho, Spine, CV, Trauma
    • Strong people Manager – Excellent communication skills – experience in global remote management of team
    • BioSurgicals Product launch and Portfolio Management Experience Preferred
    • Strategic Plan Experience & Success
    • Sales experience/Sales management experience highly preferred
    • Lingual Skills (German or Spanish) preferred but not required
    • Spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills: business cases, margin analysis
    • Track record on both direct sales and B2B sales models
    • US Experience beneficial – regs pathway and market
    • Dental experience beneficial
