Great hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, no weekends or evenings)

 

phs are looking for experienced Telesales Account Managers, who are not afraid to pick up the phone and call existing customers, someone who is not afraid to ask for support or advice from colleagues and managers if they are not achieving target so they can share best practice.

 

We need someone who is engaging on the phone, with an excellent telephone manner, who can close a sale rather than just generate leads. It’s a 360 Account Manager role too, so the successful candidate will need to have great customer service at the heart of what they do, and understands that listening, matching services to needs, keeping promises and delivering are key aspects of this role.

As a Telesales Account Manager, you’ll look after our valued business customers’ accounts, proactively calling them regarding our products and services for Washrooms, Healthcare, Floorcare and Air-care. It’s a 360 account manager role, covering their accounts, contractual sales, cancellations, and queries. You’ll be joining a supportive and friendly team, who will help you on your career journey with us. The sales targets are staggered when you start, so they are realistic and very achievable, and we’ll guide and support you, and listen to your ideas. A day in the life of a Telesales Account Manager with us at phs Group will involve:

 

· Calling our existing business customers, understanding their needs, providing the best solutions for them, and then agreeing / closing the contractual sale with them.

· Understanding the root causes of any queries or cancellations for your customers and offering solutions to support the customer and retain their valued business.

· Growing the customers’ product holding with us quarterly, by establishing their current needs and matching them to suitable products or services from our vast range.

· Being the industry expert for your customers by knowing / selling the products with a consultative approach.

· This is a full 360 account manager role covering all aspects of sales, cancellations, and inbound calls and email from your customers and updating the CRMs with details.

· Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically)

 

The ideal candidate for a Telesales Account Manager at phs Group

 

Required:

·       You are great at building rapport, with resilience and determination to succeed

·       You’re polite and articulate, trustworthy, reliable and a good team player

·       You are highly organised and structured when planning your day

·       You are target driven and self-motivated

·       Experience with contractual sales would be an advantage

 

Desired:

·       Previous experience with account management and you enjoy outbound telesales

·       You have worked with a set customer base, built great relationships, and grown accounts

·       You have a consultative approach to selling, with experience of selling on a contractual basis and closing the sale yourself rather than passing the lead on.

·       First year achievable OTE of £31,960 based on what new starters have achieved, with realistic OTE in second year of £35,887
