Resourcer – Raynes Park and Feltham

Full time, permanent role 37.5 hrs per week 9am – 5:30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch

* The successful applicant will be working in our Raynes Park branch (four days per week) and our Extra Care Scheme at Bristol Court, TW14 (one day per week).

This is a pivotal and challenging role within the business, as without a strong workforce of care workers, we cannot provide the services to our client base. The successful applicant will have a proactive ability to resource care workers, focussing on candidate attraction for two busy branches, spending time in the community, attending jobs fairs, colleges, universities, job centres etc. 

The expectations of your role are to:

  • Actively promote the company and the role of care workers by being involved in recruitment campaigns such as attending recruitment fairs, colleges and universities
  • To ensure the branch maintains a strong pipeline of new carers joining the business.
  • Work with the internal recruitment service and other external partners to provide a constant source of candidates, including using any advertising methods available.
  • Ensure target numbers of new applicants are recruited to meet the demands of the service.
  • Sell the benefits of working for Sagecare and promote the business to outside partners.
  • Interview each carer face to face and assess their suitability for the role.
  • To implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure the office achieves the required level of compliance at all times.
  • To monitor compliance to ensure that all Service User and employee files are maintained and updated as required.
  • To undertake other duties as requested by your Line Manager.
