This is an incredible opportunity to support a well renowned creative director at a global fashion house, in a fast paced executive assistant and design studio coordinator capacity. 

As such, you will have a true interest in fashion, trends, styling, design, the creative arts and also current affairs and relevant experience to go with it.

Day to day the PA/EA aspects of the role will include; diary management; booking extensive travel with detailed itineraries and specific requirements; coordinating deadlines and sign offs; prepare presentations; assist with research and collate a library of high-quality images to aid and support the creative process; creating mood boards as required; supporting with styling for events, photo shoots and brand appearances; managing key collection meetings; setting travel and overhead budget for the design department and tracking monthly spend; occasional personal work and other ad hoc duties. 

With regards to design studio coordination you will oversee and support the general running of the studio; organise meeting space; assist with legal/IP registration for each season; seasonal and historic product archive management; interpret the merchandising and press calendars into Outlook, identifying conflicts and coordinating meetings according to specific projects; organise and support design inspiration trips and other logistics regarding travel arrangements and accommodation; and manage and track budget for the design department.

To be considered for this role you will be very much in touch with technology and the digital age as you will be managing the creative director’s Instagram account; be highly organised; have a can do attitude; flexible; adaptable to change; and take immense pride in your work. Word, Excel, PowerPoint are a must too, ideally along with basic CAD skills (Photoshop/InDesign).
