Robert Half Business Support are recruiting for an Interview Team Assistant to work for a Trading Firm based in the City for 6 months.

The role is supporting 2 EA’s to then support the business on a day to day basis. The role is initially office based and then will become hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and scheduling travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Creating and printing PowerPoint presentations
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
  • Support all teams with general admin: photocopying, binding, post, couriers, filling
  • Assist with providing Reception cover as required:
    • Meeting & greeting guests, answering phone, getting refreshments, keeping meeting rooms stocked and tidy
  • Other ad-hoc work as required

Details:

  • Immediate start
  • £14-17ph + holiday pay
  • Will be hybrid working after training
  • 6 months
