  • Support customers with any questions or queries
  • Complete a range of administrative tasks
  • Speaking with customers and partners over the phone.
  • Offering positive solutions to customers with arrears 
  • To deliver a professional and consistent level of customer service
  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Highly PC literate
  • Able to build a rapport with customers
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Self-motivated
  • A problem solver with good attention to detail
