Complex Care Assistant

Permanent – 33 hour contract

£24, per annum

This role requires a compassionate, caring, and happy team to work with our lovely client who has Muscular Dystrophy The successful Complex Care Assistant will be proficient with Cough Assist, Oral Suctioning, Medication administration and Personal care

You could make a real difference supporting our lovely client.

Shift patterns:

3 day shifts a week

8am-9pm

    • Requirements of a Complex Care Assistant with Innovate Care Group:

  • Complex Care experience is essential
  • Have the ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
  • Have an understanding of safeguarding
  • Be able to fit into a family/home setting
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be friendly, kind, and approachable
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing high quality, safe effective practice
