The Role
Corporate Partner to join Top 75 firm in Bristol
Having enjoyed 80% growth over the last 5 years, and continuing to secure work more traditionally kept for the City. The ambitious and punchy department looks to support ongoing growth with a laterally moving Partner/Legal Director, or platform a senior lawyer looking to step up.
Winning awards in the Corporate space, the team advises international, national, and regional/start-up entities on their needs. Client-focused; secondments are the encouraged norm at all levels, with their position as a national differentiator turning heads.
With the current focus and structure split between large corporates, SME’s and PE work, the team is led from the front by a well-known colleague within Private Equity and a broader prevalence in banking, tax, restructuring, and corporate finance.
