An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Administrator within our Peterborough Admin Hub at Winchester Place. 

This will involve working with the Community admin teams within an open office, supporting colleagues and clinical staff in a very busy environment.

Main duties of the job

Carry out any office duties, such as dealing with post and photocopying; be responsible for document filing and ensure that the relevant records are organised, accessible and up to date.

This role will require a good standard of admin experience and typing experience due to the reports and letters sent out within our service. 

Accurately input data onto the relevant electronic system, in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures.

Deal with service user accessing our City Care Centre reception.

Create and maintain both manual and electronic health records for all active service users and ensure that their location is tracked.
