We are looking for a HR Administrator to join a small and friendly HR team to provide administrative support to the department as well as providing Reception duties 2 days a week to welcome visitors on site.

As a HR administrator your duties will include maintaining HR records and files, data entry, dealing with absence’s liaising with recruitment agencies, organising candidate interviews, liaising with OHSE Manager in relation to Induction, new starters administration and ordering of uniforms and safety wear.

You will be the first point of call for ordering of consumables for the site including work wear, PPE, management of meeting room bookings, the ordering of any refreshments/food for meetings and responsible for postal and courier.

This is a highly admin focused role and requires you to have excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
