My client is a financial services firm seeking an internal recruiter to manage all aspects of recruitment. This includes advertising vacancies, screening CVs, organising interviews and assessment centres, generating offer letters/contracts, and onboarding. The company has offices all over the UK, and this role is based in their Ashford Office.

You will be the first person that potential employees meet, and should provide a first-class impression of the business at all times. This role also gives you the opportunity to assist, and support core HR tasks as directed and supported by the HR Manager in this large financial services business.

Duties & Responsibilities for Internal Recruiter:

  • Utilise recruitment background to source quality applicants for the business
  • Effectively screen candidates and conducting telephone interviews
  • Manage the arrangement of assessment centres
  • Organise face to face interviews between applicants and hiring managers when recruiting for corporate support roles
  • Create and amend job ads
  • Conduct telephone and face to face interviews
  • Decline unsuccessful candidates and provide feedback to applicants
  • Maintain accurate HR/recruitment records
  • Assist with HR administration as and when required
  • Complete onboarding HR tasks in line with statutory compliance and internal process

Requirements for Internal Recruiter:

  • Previous experience recruiting high volume/commercial roles
  • Proven experience of operating within a busy and demanding recruitment role
  • Ability to operate well under pressure and within a target-driven environment
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

This role is based in the firms Ashford office and offers flexible working (3 days a week in the office).
