Responsibilities

:

You will champion agile practices, teaching them to the team, whilst facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing impediments and shielding them from external distractions, all helping to bring both the product owner and team together.

You will also be required to:

  • Build and coach high-performing teams, ensuring scrum practices are both used and improved
  • Champion ways to strengthen the teams understanding of agile/scrum concepts & principles
  • Ensure that the teams actions are aligned with the project goals and overall vision
  • Foster a continuous learning environment, assisting teams to inspect, adapt and improve
  • Holding accountability and being able to identify, follow up on and resolve certain blockers when they present themselves

    • The ideal person for the role would have the following:

  • Proven experience with Agile and Scrum (CSP or CSC qualification highly sought)
  • To be confident working in Agile environments and coaching practises through teams
  • You are a natural problem-solver, with excellent analytical, organizational and mentoring skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management expertise
  • Technical experience working with web-related technology stacks & coaching development teams is preferred
  • You can naturally assess how the team is performing and drive necessary actions to improve whilst developing and fostering teamwork & team dynamics
