Robert Half are working with a client based in Central Swindon to recruit a number of Accounts Payable Specialists to join their team on a temporary basis. The assignment will assist with the workload on a project lasting 6 months.
The salary banding on the hourly rate is £10 – £14 dependant on experience.
The Role
Some of the main responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialists will include:
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Receiving and recording the receipt of invoices
- Processing invoices
- Supplier query resolution

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in accounts payable
- Exposure to SAP systems
- Exposure to using Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
