My client are a Global company within the Freight industry and are looking for a Team Supervisor. Ideally from within the industry you will have people management experience, dealing with absenteeism, 1 to 1’s, disciplinaries and training.
Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00 £35-42Kpa.
The ideal candidate will have managed teams of upto 10-15 people and have been responsible for all ER issues within their team. You will need experience of KPI reporting to clients and presenting this information, dealing with escalated operational issues, Carrying out 1 to 1’s, managing under performance and recruitment for the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people manger within the Freight / customs / logistics industry.
