We are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our busy team!

Acting as a primary operational contact for Sopra Banking Software clients. Responsible for customer success and ensuring the company meets current and future customer needs.

Salary: £26,000-£28,000

Client Relationship Manager Duties:

  • Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
  • Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of each client and their business
  • Producing documentation after client meetings, summarising any additional actions, including follow-up calls
  • Communicate and represent client goals, requirements, and interests internally with colleagues in the delivery team
  • Maintain control systems to ensure accurate representation of client health
  • Manage each customer’s backlog, accurately set expectations, and deliver to timelines
  • Triage and handle incoming issues and requests made by customers
  • Planning and managing the delivery of customer releases
  • Investigation of customer live issues

Client Relationship Manager Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate confidently with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to provide 1st line customer support
  • Proactive, highly self-motivated, and well organised individual
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain these in simple terms
  • Work well in a team setting
  • Experience in Atlassian JIRA/Confluence is desirable but not essential
