Our client is a progressive Housing Association that are seeking an Asset Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The role of the Asset Manager involves the planning, procurement and delivery of the Association’s major investment and cyclical maintenance programmes to provide value for money and ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements are met.

Working closely with the Executive Team, you will lead on projects which improve quality standards and innovate in the retrofit, maintenance and upgrading of the housing stock.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a Housing background and will have experience in an Asset Management role and ideally been involved in managing major capital projects. Ideally candidates will have a leadership background and can plan and manage a programme of projects. An understanding of Environmental and climate challenge targets will allow the successful candidate to help improve energy efficiency’s in the housing stock. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to plan, prioritise workloads and competent IT Skills.
