This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Practice Development Facilitator to work within the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team. This role will work closely with the Head of Department to support management of the service as well as a practical role in providing support, education and development for clinical staff. You are expected to motivate staff to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model and to support the Head of Department and deputise in their absence.

You should be a RN educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have or working toward a post graduate qualification. In addition you should also have or be working toward a certificate in teaching and learning. You will be able to evidence well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent levels of communication and have experience in teaching and facilitation. Good communication and organisational skills coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of this post.
