Job Title: Architectural Technologist – Client Side

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Calibre Search are delighted to be working in Partnership with the in house design team of one of the Nation’s leading health and fitness organisations.

Already a leading competitor within the sector, our client has an exciting and ambitious growth plan moving forward, which will include increasing their number of live fitness centres across the country significantly, as well as taking the chance to diversify the business and enter into new markets within the industry.

Since the decision to bring the design team in house, the team has grown rapidly, meaning you will be joining an established, expert multi-disciplinary team of professionals.

You will be responsible for providing technical support across a range of new schemes from inception to completion. A good work life is paramount to the values of our client however, so there is flexibility for anyone with young families etc.

Job Specification

The successful candidate must have evidence of the following:

  • A degree in Architectural Technology
  • Ideally a member of CIAT
  • Experience on fit out projects is highly desirable; however, we will consider candidates from a range of backgrounds.
  • Good time management skills as well as the ability to work to your own initiative.
  • AutoCAD experience is essential. Revit experience would also be essential as there are future to implement the software.
