will suit a candidate with good people skills who has good eye for detail and enjoys supporting others too.

The post is 25 hours per week – can be a job share too – and is flexible working to include weekends.

The role will involve key-holding and alarm setting responsibilities and so please be aware that there will be a criminal records check completed within this recruitment process.

The post:

– Opening up site on Saturdays and supporting with key area checks, maintenance and basic cleaning duties as required

– being on site on some occasions for events

– carrying out alarm / lighting and security checks

– some gardening / outside maintenance as required – basic tidying duties / pruning / hedge trimming

– Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for major or minor repair

– checking over the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order

– following the company’s safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone

There will be occasional call outs if required and this will be ad hoc and so flexibility is essential however the team are supportive too of their ideal candidate with days off in the week to suit as required.
