Head of Care
Greater Manchester
Up to £65,000
I am working with a well-established, but growing organisation that specialise in therapeutic support and care for children and young people who have challenging behaviours due to the trauma experienced in their earlier years.
I am recruiting for a Head of Care to join the organisation’s senior leadership team to oversee the management and running of 3 residential care homes based in the North West.
The Head of Care will line Manage the Registered Managers of the homes, guiding and leading the development of these services, ensuring they are compliant with OFSTED and that company policies and procedures and implemented and followed.
Other duties include:

  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Lead on safeguarding concerns
  • Assist with referrals
  • Report to Director and other SLT
  • Assisting and leading on opening of new homes

The role is based in the Northwest, with offices based in the Greater Manchester area.
Pay and Hours

  • £58,000 – £65,000, dependant on experience and qualifications
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, + on-call duties

Requirements:

  • Ideally looking for senior managers with mutli-site management experience, or an experienced RM with GOOD or OUTSTANDING reports, consistently
  • Need to drive and be North West based.
