We are currently recruiting for a major project in the Wakefield area, and require Construction Assistants with CSCS card to work on a new project under development.

Details

  • Ongoing work from May until late September

  • £11p/hr (with opportunities for salary advancement with skill level)

  • Weekly Pay

  • Day shifts – – Mon-Fri

  • 40 hour week

  • Canteen on site

  • Parking provided

    • Duties will include

  • Fitting of wall and floor signage across the warehouse

  • Movement of materials across site

  • Construction of large racks and workers stations

  • Assisting skilled teams in their work (e.g carpenters)

    • Requirements

  • Valid CSCS card

  • Must be able to show CSCS card to access site

  • Comfortable with construction site working conditions (loud noises, indoor and outdoor work)

  • Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances across site

  • Able to lift and move parts and tools in line with safe handling practices

  • Experience using hand tools

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
