Trainee Insolvency Case Administrator Job Vacancy in Grimsby, England, UK

The Role
Based at our Grimsby office, and working as a member of our Case Administration team, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Insolvency Case Administrator. The role will include full training and development to build a professional career in the insolvency sector.
Duties will include
Full training in relation to all aspects of the role will be provided by colleagues, managers and Insolvency Practitioners/Directors.
Responsibility for all aspects of the day to day administration of a portfolio of insolvency cases.
Reporting directly to a Senior Administrator and/or Assistant Manager.
Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, regulatory and best practice provisions;
Operating and updating case management, and other software;
Liaising directly with directors, debtors and creditors;
Completing appropriate banking and cheque request forms, to ensure that estate monies are handled correctly;
Participating in internal and external training sessions as required;
Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers;
Accurately recording work activities and time spent in case records.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level or Degree standard and may suit those with a business studies, finance or legal background.
