Job description
Most of customers are going through some form of digital transformation. We want to help our customers feel equipped for this and lead change in their organisations so they succeed and grow in a digital world. It might be helping them make the shift to mobile, pivot to programmatic marketing, build their brand online, or develop the next wave of talented ‘digital leaders’. The Digital Academy (GDA) team leads our work to support companies in making these changes. We provide tools to help companies diagnose their needs, develop and run a range of our own education programs plus curate and recommend programmes from other teams to meet their needs. Every GDA programme brings together multiple functions to design & deliver great learning at scale.
The role
The Learning Programme Manager (LPM) – Executive Programmes plays a critical part in orchestrating and managing some of the foundational engagements, including virtual, hybrid and F2F educational workshops and an external organisational wide survey, which enables ‘s most-strategic customers to progress and realise their digital transformation ambitions.
This learning journey typically begins when a advertiser customer enrols into a workshop. LPM tasks include coordination of customer attendees, facilitation partners and rs, and driving the completion of pre-work for clients and rs alike. Once these activities are completed, participants from one of the 29 countries around Europe attend a virtual/hybrid/F2F workshop delivered by professional facilitators. After the workshop, the LPM closes the learning journey with a follow-up survey and an analysis of the feedback results. The LPM will collaborate with rs from various teams to complete key steps before the workshop and during the delivery of the learning event.
The Executive Programmes typically have multi-month long engagement partnerships with C-suite clients and their teams, which requires an LPM to be able to manage the day-to-day experience of these partnerships end to end, with white glove service.
LPMs also play a major role in identifying and implementing improvements to processes, and programme engagements and materials to enable the GDA team to meet the changing-needs of ‘s customers.
A successful LPM is highly-organised, analytical and has a strong eye for detail. They will be able to juggle the organisation of multiple engagements on a weekly basis, whilst anticipating and avoiding operational and administrative issues before they arise. Strong business judgement, people skills and a collaborative approach goes a long way in the role.
