As the Lead HR Partner, you will be supporting the Senior leadership team on site Bristol. You will be the first point of contact for employees & managers and provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. You’ll be the driving force in implementing the tactical people plans, in line with the organisations ambitious growth strategy and creating an inclusive team working environment.

The Successful Applicant

As the Lead HR Partner you will:

  • Hold a CIPD Qualification
  • Have experience of operating as a Lead HR Partner, supporting different employee populations in a commercial environment
  • Experience of managing complex employee relations cases
  • Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and law
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
