The role.

  • Building and managing a network of property investment and land agents
  • Developing and updating the site requirement brief and distributing this to agents and other originators as it evolves
  • Travelling to the target locations (primarily SE / SW England) to meet with agents, inspect purchase opportunities and carry out market analysis
  • Early-stage deal research and screening, analysing potential opportunities, their strengths and weaknesses
  • Carrying out appraisals on these opportunities for presentation internally.
  • Liaising with a third-party professional team of lawyers, architects, quantity surveyors and planning consultants in assessing new opportunities
  • Carrying out progressed due diligence on secured opportunities including the preparation of final board and bank presentations, financial underwriting and collation of third-party due diligence reports
  • Who are they looking for?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data gathering and analytical qualities
  • Strong commercial acumen with desire to learn
  • A self-starter with the knowledge and confidence to work dynamically
  • Ideally 1 – 3 years plus experience in real estate agency or land acquisition.
  • Role is based in central London but must be willing to travel.
  • You have a flexible, positive, and motivated attitude

    The role is offering up to £40k base plus bonus dependant on experience. Holiday entitlement of 25 days, plus bank holidays.
