We are looking for a Planning Administrator on behalf of our rapidly expanding client in Pershore. The use of Excel is integral to this role as you will be using it daily for manipulating data, data extraction, reporting and much more.

You will also be responsible for processing customers’ orders and schedules onto the system. Your role will also involve liaising with other departments as well as communicating directly with customers regarding their orders, schedules and demand fluctuations as well as quoting lead times..

This is a very fast paced business and would ideally suit someone with experience in a customer service and/or planning role with strong excel skills and ideally sage experience although training will be provided.

You will also manage the pricing system, generate reports, update consignment stock lists and calculate re-order levels and create dispatch paperwork and invoices so a high level of attention to detail and a positive attitude is required!

Hours:

Monday – Thursday – 08:00 – 17:00 with an early finish on a Friday!
