The Recruitment Co are looking for an Account Coordinator to join a manufacturer and supplier in the Irlam area.

You will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager, by managing and carrying out all related matters to their customers.

Location for an Account Coordinator: Irlam M44

Hours for an Account Coordinator: Flexible 8.5 hours

Employees can come to the office at any time between 7am (earliest) and 9.30 am (latest) and leave after 8.5 hours (this includes a 30 minutes lunch break)

Lunch break can be extended to 60 minutes if needed

Salary: £24,000 plus an incentive bonus (subject to performance and achieving commercial targets as a team)

Responsibilities for an Account Coordinator;

  • Order processing
  • Order acknowledgement, amending orders, tracking date
  • Create and send COA/ collection notes to customers.
  • Manage Customer Release Notes
  • Generate invoices to customers.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Regular dialogue with customers by phone, email and face to face meetings to develop strong relationships.
  • Quarterly customer forecast/offtake (Check, Plan and allocate stock).
  • Monthly stock report to be generated and sent to customers.
  • Understand customer’s market and align the business to deliver their expectations.
  • Proactively ring customers to encourage placement of new sales orders.
  • Assist in organising exhibitions, attending as required.

Requirements;

  • Strong customer service background
  • Background in surfactants/chemicals, desirable but not essential
  • Strong Administrator
  • Account Management experience
  • Work under pressure and to strict and sometimes challenging deadlines
