An excellent opportunity for a Fleet Administrator has arisen with our well established, highly regarded client in Chesterfield.

This is a great role for a customer service focussed administrator within a supportive, friendly team.

As a Fleet Administrator you would be first the point of contact for general enquiries and issues with customers and suppliers. Your role will involve responding to all enquires in a timely fashion and with a professional approach

You also have ownership of all fleet reports and the distribution of those to key stakeholders, assisting the business with the operation and management of the fleet.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and with suppliers.
  • Strong IT Literacy having proven reporting and analytical skills, must have the ability to design and implement effective reporting and process solutions as required.
  • Highly numerate with experience in interpreting large amounts of data and MI across a wide and varied base.
  • Self-drive – Self-motivated, well organised, adaptable and resilient. Responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace. Ability to work well under pressure, ability to display initiative to resolve problems
  • Proven experience in a similar fleet management role is preferred but not essential

    Excellent Salary + Bonus + Free Parking

    Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 4:30pm (opportunity to flex hours for early finish once a week)
