Are you an organised individual with experience completing a variety of administrative tasks? Do you want to contribute to the day-to-day running of our Learning team?

About us

At the Science Museum Group STEM engagement is at the heart of what we do. We inform, inspire and encourage learning on-site, as well as through outreach and online. We ignite curiosity around STEM by assisting discovery through active participation and social interaction. We use the concept of science capital to shape our work and provide us with research-based insight into what influences and shapes people’s engagement with, and attitudes towards, science.

We are now looking for a Learning Coordinator to join on a full-time basis working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract.

About the role

You will also work with colleagues to advocate for the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system through creating programme packages, processing bookings and trialling new opportunities to understand our visitors better.

This role will involve working collaboratively with various internal colleagues as you contribute to the objectives of the Learning Team as well as working cross-departmentally with colleagues at the museum and in other museums in the Science Museum Group. You will also liaise with contractors to support logistics for events and activities for the public.

About you

Joining us you will be an organised individual with experience completing a variety of administrative tasks, for example, producing and analysing numerical or financial information and maintaining and using staff rotas. You will have good ICT skills and you will be able to use Microsoft Office packages effectively.

You will have experience of using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to input data and extract reports.
