We are looking for an established Band 4 Practitioners who have experience working within Cancer Services or who may be interested in a move to a new speciality.

The successful candidate will need to enjoy working with people and be able to maintain a professional approach in this sensitive environment. This post involves working alongside the Oncology and Haematology teams in their day case units through patient assessments, cannulation/venepuncture and the delivery of some medications. The Assistant Practitioner will co-ordinate and undertake Venesection procedures in both the Day Case and Outreach locations.

We are particularly keen to hear from people who are organised and work well under pressure to join our dedicated team in this specialised area.
