Corporate Finance Executive Job Vacancy in London, England, UK

You will be responsible for supporting Managers and Directors in the delivery of M&A transactions and provide support on services including valuations. A key aspect of the role will be building relationships with clients and intermediaries, creating high quality written reports providing information memorandums, conducting research and communicating key findings to clients.

• Assist the Partner, Directors and Managers with the delivery of disposals, acquisitions and fundraisings and keep the team informed of the progress on jobs
• Be a trusted advisor to client and a key part of the team
• Enjoy pitching with partners and preparing the of proposals which will include a full overview and fee.
• Discuss any concerns with the client and help provide appropriate solutions
• Be able and willing to network and identify potential acquirers/investors
• Work on the Corporate Finance Assignments, including planning and carrying out of corporate finance assignments to the standard and guidelines set
• Prepare valuation reports and communicate any findings
• Develop financial models with the support of your leaders
• Supervise and reviewing the work of junior team members and provide constructive feedback to assist in their technical development
• Transactional due diligence operations.
