We have a current opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Surbiton. We have numerous positions for this role based in Surbiton and Wimbledon and also a position for a Night Customer Service Advisor.

Are you a people person who loves interacting with others? Do you have an interest in answering queries and having the solution to problems?

The post holder will deliver a consistent high-quality customer service, providing an excellent service experience for everyone they come into contact with. Based at our receptions across the Charity, this role will quite often be the first point of contact for anyone coming to one of our centres and will be responding to a range of queries, providing information and holistic advice.

This critical role is incredibly varied. Amongst the usual reception type duties such as providing a telephone switchboard service for the centre, sorting post, logging repairs and processing payments, this role also plays a key part in keeping the building safe. Other duties will include:

  • welcoming residents
  • evacuating the building in case of emergencies
  • carry out regular patrols
  • well being and safety checks
  • dealing with complaints and anti social behaviour
  • This role is based in Surbiton for 40 hours per week. Team leader position also available as well as a night shift customer service advisor for 48 hours per week.
