KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation and delivery of sourcing strategies, with a focus on building candidate pipelines and reducing time to recruit, without compromising on quality of new starters.
    A strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Applying proactive search techniques to identify and reach out to candidates from defined backgrounds. Managing the end to end process offline and online: from sourcing strategy, selecting the most suitable channels and sources of candidates, engaging adverts, shortlisting candidates, screening, supporting Hiring Managers with interviews and closing the process.
  • Managing and briefing recruitment agencies to ensure high quality candidate experience and sourcing execution. 
  • Building strong partnerships with universities to bring new, diverse and engaged talent into junior roles.
  • Focusing on diversity, ensuring a robust, fair and consistent recruitment process for each and every vacancy. Influencing hiring managers in thinking outside luxury retail industry, focusing on the candidates transversal skills, to bring new competencies to the business.
  • Producing and analysing recruitment KPIs on a regular basis to implement improvements.
  • HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 year previous experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house) ideally with some experience in the Retail industry and affinity to the Luxury sector
  • Previous experience of successfully managing a varied group of stakeholders in a multicultural and multinational environment
  • An effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business and acts as a knowledgeable advisor
  • Demonstrates innovation to problem solving and service delivery. A strong networker, who adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience and flexibility
  • Experience of recruiting volume campaigns as well as unique roles
  • Must demonstrate strong knowledge of the entire recruitment function – talent acquisition practices, principles and applications including attraction, interviewing and assessment
