Role

As a customer service advisor you will be a key member of the team with a range of duties that will include:

  • Answering the phone (inbound calls only) and assisting with enquiries
  • Completing various admin jobs on a daily basis
  • Ability to read from a script and redirect where needed
  • Assisting with general tasks as asked by your supervisor

    This role is paying £10 per hour, this is from weekly pay through Adecco. This role has potential to go Permanent.

    The Successful Candidate will be skilled with in customer service, administrative experience and confident telephone etiquette.

    The shift offers 40 hours per week, 5/7 days per week, which is quite flexible and has the potential to offer a hybrid working format.
