We are seeking a creative passionate and driven Nursery Supervisor to work as part of an Ofsted rated Outstanding team providing high quality care and education for children aged two to four years in an inclusive enabling environment within a further education setting. This post is based at our Clapham Centre.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young children in an inclusive enabling environment. As well as have sound knowledge of early years practice, and the ability to assess and meet the needs of children in your care, providing stimulating and inclusive play activities whilst modelling positive interactions. Effective teamwork skills are essential plus the ability to work flexibly.

A minimum Level 3 qualification in early years or health and social care (or equivalent). Level 5 Early Years Management is desirable. Level 2 qualifications in Numeracy and Literacy or equivalent are required.
