You will work closely with various internal teams as you engage in a multitude of tasks. From coordination of client on-boarding to client general queries, client and internal support and assistance in the development of the CS function, the role will require a motivated and exceptionally client focused individual.

The Responsibilities of the Customer Success Executive will include:

  • Advocate for the company, supporting our customers in all aspects of their interaction with MillTechFX so as to achieve their goals and build strong relationships
  • Document and detail all customer interactions on the CRM
  • Create and manage external customer reports and internal management information on the CRM
  • Build and maintain internal process and procedures guide
  • Assist in successfully on-boarding new customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide customers with product training and support
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and timelines and MillTechFX’s own offering, to maximise service levels and revenue generation

The skills required for the Customer Success Executive include:

  • Excellent verbal and written English, French and German
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a client facing role
  • Customer-first mindset with a desire to pro-actively engage with customers
  • Smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Strong organisation and time management to enable on-going high quality multi-tasking

Salary – £35,000 to £45,000 + Bonus
