– Complete applications for Approved Lists
– Production and formatting of Prequalification Questionnaires
– Develop non/ technical written responses for submission documents
– Manage the delivery of the quality documentation for submissions
– Production and formatting of Tender quality documents
– Production of presentations (soft and hard)
– Formatting and editing of case studies
– Production of graphics for submissions including charts and tables
– Liaison and support producing information for the marketing team
– Supporting the business development function with the production of visual material

The Successful Applicant

Suitable applicants to the position will posses:

– Experience of bid writing/coordinating the bid process, ideally for a construction business
– Experience of writing bid submissions
– Good written skills
– Excellent resource planning skills
– Full membership of relevant professional body
– Experience of using Microsoft Office
– Use of Adobe Indesign and Photoshop
– Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
– Full UK drivers license
