OPX Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple Counter Balance Forklift Truck operators to work at a state of the art automotive production facility in Stratton! This role is easily accessible by public transport and offers a fantastic laid back environment to work in! Which also includes no heavy lifting!!
This fantastic opportunity offers immediate starts with ongoing, long term potential and the potential to go permanent after a successful 12-week qualifying period!
This role is 100% Counter Balance work and involves little to none manual handling.
We have 3 shifts available:
- 06.00 – 14.00 /14.00 – 22.00 Monday to Friday rotating shifts
- 22.00 – 06.00 Monday to Friday
- 06.00 – 16.00 Monday to Friday (one day off in the week)
Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Operating a counter balance or reach truck to carry out duties
- Using scanners to scan and verify goods
- Stillage work – METAL ON METAL
- Loading and Unloading curtain sided vehicles
- Allocating stock to correct areas
- Bay picking
- Replenishing stock
- Collection of pallets
- Loading & Unloading Vehicles
- Hygiene duties
THIS ROLE INCLUDES NO HEAVY LIFTING AND IS PRIMAILY ON THE COUNTERBALANCE!
Rates of Pay and hours:
- £10.11 per hour
- Overtime over 40 hrs paid at £12.63
- Sundays paid at £17.69
