Main duties of the job

In line with current research and best practise, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care in a multi disciplinary setting, with minimal supervision.

Being a Keyworker to a group of patients you will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care, which will involve caseload management of a number of clients, and caseload supervision of staff at lower grades.

The post holder will also supervise junior staff and be able to teach qualified and unqualified staff.

In addition, the post holder will be expected to be part of the unit duty nurse rota for day and night shifts.

This post is fixed term for 3 months due to the needs of the service. 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
