Main duties of the job

The post contains a range of duties normally undertaken within procedural guidelines and work is frequently undertaken at the post holders own initiative. This role involves frequently dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

She/he will coordinate the booking hub ensuring processes are robust and provide higher level Information, advice and assistance to her/his team. This post holder will be the point of contact for nursing staff, and will assist with sickness absence management, ESR, Care referrals, SITreps. Coordinate communication with colleagues and departments. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring standard operating procedures, which are in place; to facilitate effective communication methods, and to ensure these are adhered to at all times and within the agreed timescales. 

This post is fixed term for 3 months to meet the needs of the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
