The company specialise in working in design and build fit outs as well as well as commercial fit outs, as well as a new way of transforming workplace design & construction services, they are an up and coming business looking to expand due to extensive amounts of work they are dealing with within the design and build fit outs area of their business, and are now looking for site managers due to rapid growth and a lot of business that they are taking on therefore have the needs for more site managers to run the day-to-day projects. The role:

  • 8 week project based in the Shard with the potential for this to be extended due to the extensive amount of work available
  • The role will be in a live working environment so a personable approach will be needed
  • You will be required to have previous experience on structural works and working on staircases
  • The ideal candidate would be preferred but not essential to have previously worked on High Rising commercial Buildings
  • You will be required to oversee the project and work alongside sub-contractors and making sure the project is completed to a high standard

    • What you will be required to have:

  • SMSTS certificate in date
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience in fit out roles
  • Previous experience as a site manager
  • Track record of completing projects of a similar size on time and under budget as a site manager
  • Highly organised and methodical in the way they work
