Position: HSE Administrator

Job type: 12-month contract via Rullion PAYE

Location: Easington, Hull HU12, UK

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Rullion are working with Gassco AS UK, a forward-thinking organisation responsible for transporting Norwegian gas safely and efficiently to millions of people in UK. They are looking to recruit a HSE Administrator who will provide support to the HSSEQ department in the day to day activities undertaken at the Langeled Receiving Facility (LRF).

The position plays a vital role in ensuring that the HSSEQ department runs effectively and efficiently by providing administrative support to the department and the wider terminal when required, to ensure that the LRF’s Integrated Management System and sub systems are accurately maintained in a timely manner.

Applicants will have the following;

Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • Desirable:

  • ISO systems.
  • Procurement process and SAP
  • Skills & Knowledge

    Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Competent at data entry & learning new systems, ability to learn and self-develop
  • Good procedure writing skills.
  • Ability to plan ahead whilst maintaining close collaboration with other departments.
  • Desirable:

  • Ability to use SAP.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Current knowledge of GDPR legislation.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 requirements.
  • Knowledge of Process Management systems
  • Knowledge of Competency Management Systems.
  • Qualifications

    Desirable but not essential:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate – Occupational Health and safety Management, Environmental Management or Oil and gas Certificate
