Arconic is currently in search of Electrical Area Engineer  to join our Engineering  Team in Kitts Green, Birmingham .

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional engineering and maintenance support through the application of appropriatye expertise, knowledge and experience
  • Focus on the preparation of design calculations in accordance with all relevant standards and adopting all necessary standard formats and procedures
  • Focus on the financial aspects of contracts which include the final project valuations; preparation of project briefs and material and cfarry out presentations to client.

  • Support, mentor and provide guidance to the area maintenance personnel

    • Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Experience or a strong desire to work within a manufacturing/production environment.Minimum education requirement

  • Technical knowledge within the areas of heavy engineering and fast paced production environments
