I am recruiting for a temporary Administrator position for a Housing Association in Glasgow. Our client is ideally looking for a candidate that is able to start immediately.

You will provide Administrative support for reactive repairs and planned maintenance activities on properties in the local area. Working closely with members of the Administration team, you will help ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner and communications with Tenants and Trades staff is maintained. You will help produce reports for senior management and provide information to generate invoices.

Our client is seeking someone with varied administration skills and ideally have experience working in the Maintenance, Engineering, Property or facilities sectors. Candidates with good communication and report writing skills will also be very appealing to our client. The successful candidate will be highly organised, have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload whilst working under pressure.
