The People Team are at the heart of Frontier. They are responsible for HR, employee benefits, learning and development, and recruitment. The team are split into three sub teams: HR, Learning and Development and Recruitment and Onboarding. 

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the People Team Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support on a day-to day basis to the Human Resources and Learning and Development functions within the People team. The role will be split across Learning and Development and HR 60:40.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

Learning and Development Coordination (60%)

  • Managing the end to end process of scheduling training courses and supporting the sessions where needed.
  • Supporting training providers and inhouse teams with production of training materials.
  • Tracking and recording training activity; ensuring an audit trail.
  • Managing our Learning Management System (ENABLE).
  • Booking and recording professional qualifications.
  • Sourcing resources to build and maintain the training library.
  • Coordinating and supporting induction and the new starter process.
  • Administrative and ad hoc clerical duties to support the L&D remit.
  • Challenging and improving administrative processes.
  • Supporting the development of new L&D initiatives, such as research.
  • Generalist HR Administration (40%)

  • Contract variation processing.
  • Electronic filing and database management.
  • Creating and updating templates.
  • Supporting both the new joiner and leaver process, including pre-employment checks and exit interview processing.
  • Signposting and providing basic advice to employees on People policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating and supporting the administration and communication of employee benefits, programmes and events.
  • Challenging and improving administrative processes and policies.
  • Communicating relevant employee updates to payroll.
  • Supporting the administration of HR events, such as benefit renewals.
  • Supporting the administration of secondments.
  • Updating the probation spreadsheet and send confirmation letters.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong time management & the ability to prioritise independently
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of internal projects
  • Desirable Experience:

  • L&D background
  • Experience within a HR team
  • Experience using LMS, HRIS or other people management software
  • Written presentation skills
  • Awareness of e-learning platforms
  • Proficiency in any of the following languages: German, French, Spanish

In addition we provide 28 days annual leave with the option to purchase an additional 10.
