Our leading property business based in East Croydon are seeking a new legal Administrator to work form there offices in East Croydon within the conveyancing team. Working within a highly successful Administration department, you will provide first class administration for clients and 3rd party solicitors relating to property sales and purchases

  • Duties include:

  • Processing solicitors enquires
  • Generating solicitors packs
  • Updating internal systems and management reports
  • Providing customers/solicitors with general property enquires
  • Raising invoices for fees
  • Processing land registry enquires
  • General filing
  • Administration with project work for the wider team
  • Experience needed:

  • Property / conveyancing or relative experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Good level of IT skills and keen to learn
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure when needed
  • Keen to learn and develop
