What do we do?
We make visits to websites better! Our machine learning technology is totally unique. It adapts a website to what users prefer giving them huge advantage over their competitors. It truly transforms their business; they earn way more money and win more search traffic over time. We have over 20,000 websites using our technology – some of which I’m sure you’ll have visited!
About the Job…
You’ll contact website owners, onboard them and support them in the first few weeks using the system. You’ll develop a deep knowledge of the system and have persistence and focus to help publishers get the very best results.
This post is full-time and is open to those eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Specific tasks include:
- Building a solid pipeline and book of business using our in-house automated lead generation and CRM systems.
- Educating prospects on the benefits of testing.
- Explaining to experienced publishers why Ezoic’s method is better than their current setup.
- Assisting new publishers to interpret results and resolve any misconceptions.
- Feeding technical issues back to the technical team for swift resolution.
What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate for the role:
You are smart, excited to learn and want your contributions and ideas to make a difference. You may be a graduate from a good university with an interest in launching your career in the tech sector, or have shown real success in previous/current sales type roles; in either case, you strive for excellence in all areas of your life.
You take the long-term view and look for opportunities to contribute. Naturally energetic, you’re a great communicator with strong analytical ability. You excel at building relationships, listen well, are a determined a problem-solver and cope well under pressure.
In short, you welcome challenges as opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills, are looking for something other than a regular 9-5 and want to buy into the excitement of a mature tech start-up. You’re not a square, and you don’t belong in a cubicle!
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Sales/customer-facing experience (a bonus if it’s in digital publishing or online advertising)
- An interest in online advertising/publishing businesses.
- Exceptional communication abilities, written and verbal
- A willingness to go the extra mile to help a publisher or team-mate
- Degree or real-world experience? – it doesn’t matter – we’re looking for qualities not qualifications
